Scott Blair (He/Him)

Scott Blair is a Partner Success Manager at Stenson Tamaddon. Prior to joining StenTam, Scott worked in the cannabis industry at DIZPOT for two years where he sold custom and generic packaging to various cultivators, processors, and dispensaries. While at DIZPOT, Scott became proficient in supply chain management, project management, logistics, cold calling, channel sales, and working through the sales cycle, Entering sales with zero experience, Scott accounted for over 30% of total sales his first year selling with a sales team consisting of 7 team members. This percentage rose to nearly 40% in his second year selling at DIZPOT. While working in the cannabis industry, his client base consisted of the largest multi-state operators in the US as well as celebrity/high-profile brands.

Scott graduated from Baylor University in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Health Science with a minor in Business Administration. At this moment, he is preparing to take the GRE in pursuit of admission to earn his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A).
