What You will Do
Stensul is building the future of content creation, and we can only get there by understanding the complex workflows, contexts, and behaviors of marketing content creators. This first-of-its-kind role in our Product and Design organization will work with Product and Design leadership to establish a research practice for our category-defining platform.
We’re looking for an experienced UX Research professional to join and help define our practice. They will be an immaculate communicator, dedicated to the craft of research, have an exceptional quality bar, be insatiably curious about solving real problems in a long underserved space, and be committed to continuous growth both professionally and organizationally. This person would need to be comfortable working hand-in-hand daily with Product triads of PMs, Designers, and Engineers, as well as speaking to C-level partners. They will be a self-starter, able to negotiate a startup environment that may be unfamiliar with some common patterns and practices, and able to self-advocate and show the path forward.
