Angela Han

Angela Han is an experienced executive in customer success, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Interim Customer Leader at Stensul since December 2023. Angela has held multiple Chief Customer Officer roles at Upside, Retain.ai, Pluralsight, and PlayerLync, showcasing a strong track record in enhancing customer relationships and driving success. Prior experience includes leadership positions such as VP of Customer Success & Professional Services at SendGrid and VP of Global Customer Success at Ping Identity. Angela is also a Partner at NextGen Venture Partners since June 2018. An alumnus of Middlebury College with a BA in Biology-Psychology and Babson College with an MBA, Angela combines a robust educational background with extensive industry experience.
