James Hooper, MBA, has a range of extensive work experience in various leadership roles. James recently served as the Director of Operations at STEP Academy Trust, where they led a multidisciplinary team and implemented operational strategies across 20 schools. Prior to that, they were the Head of Projects and Communication at STEP, responsible for major project delivery and communication strategies. In addition, James has held positions such as Head of Operations at Little Common School, School Business Manager at Banister School, and Project Manager at City College Southampton. James also worked as a Consultant/Project Manager at LSL Property Services PLC and held various roles in Retail and Commercial Banking at HSBC, including Commercial Manager. James'sexpertise includes strategic planning, financial management, project management, and operational efficiency.

James Hooper, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The University of Northampton in the years 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from the London College of Business from 2014 to 2015. In 2012 to 2013, James earned a Diploma in School Business Management in the field of School Business Management from the National College for School Leadership. Currently, they are pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from ACCA, which they started in 2017 and is expected to complete in 2024.
