Andrew Godfrey

Andrew Godfrey is currently the Head of Employer Partnerships at Step Ahead. Prior to this, they were the Business Development Manager at Bluebaring Recruitment Ltd from August 2019 to September 2019. Before that, they were the Head of Business Development and Sales at Newham College of Further Education from December 2018 to July 2019.

Andrew has a wealth of experience in working with employers and supporting clients to start employment in various industries. Andrew is skilled in managing expectations of clients, as well as generating new business and revenue streams. Andrew is also experienced in leading and developing staff, and has a keen interest in training and supporting employees to achieve their full potential.

Andrew Godfrey's educational career began at Leyton Senior High School, where they took A-Level courses in English, Geography, and Biology. Andrew then attended Norlington School for their O-Levels in Maths, Andrew'story, Chemistry, Religious Education, and I.T. Software. Finally, they studied Business Studies at Havering College and Business Management at Newham College of Further Education.

They are on a team with Jack Kent - Head of Career, Viktorija Mjasnikova - Digital Marketing, and Nicole Sutton - Training Centre Manager. Their manager is David Jeffries, Director of Operations. Maria Konchal - Employer Partnerships, Jason Jagai - Employer Partnerships, and Shelbie Stuart - Employer Partnerships report to Andrew Godfrey.
