Kristina Harper

Kristina Harper has been working in finance for over 20 years. Kristina started their career as a trainee at Cheesmans, before moving to Step Ahead Social Enterprise Community Interest Company in 1997. Kristina worked their way up through the company, eventually becoming finance manager in 2018. In their current role at Step Ahead, they are responsible for managing the finances of the company and its clients.
