Kimberley Buckley

Kimberley Buckley is currently the HR Manager at Step Ahead. Prior to this, they were the HR Manager at C.P. Davidson & Sons Ltd from November 2021 to June 2022. Kimberley has also worked as an Education Recruitment Consultant at i-teachers from June 2018 to October 2018. In this role, they developed new business and maintained solid working relationships with clients. Kimberley also independently managed their own education desk for schools in the South East of London. Kimberley has also worked as the Head of Change Management at Bolton Lads & Girls Club from October 2018 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for leading and managing change within the organization. Lastly, they worked as the Recruitment & Retention Officer for the National Citizen Service from May 2015 to June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting and retaining participants for the program.

Kimberley Buckley has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Politics from The University of Manchester. Kimberley is certified in Mental Health First Aid from MHFA England and CIPD Associate Member.
