Jeff Thompson

Jeff Thompson has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Store Director and General Sales Manager at Step One Automotive Group since July 2019, where Maserati & Alfa Romeo Pensacola was recognized as the "Best Place to Work" in 2023. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of General Sales Manager at Toyota Fort Walton Beach, where exceptional sales performance was achieved. As Pre-Owned Director and Sales Manager for Group 1 Automotive, Jeff established a successful Certified Pre-Owned department and contributed to significant customer satisfaction and profitability. Previous positions include Sales Director at Hill-Kelly Dodge Chrysler Jeep, where the dealership received the Dealer of the Year award, as well as various sales management roles at Galloway Family of Dealerships, AutoNation, Shelton Jaguar Land Rover Audi, and Pacific Honda. Jeff Thompson holds a degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
