Zachary Hipkens

Zachary Hipkens is a Fraud Program Manager at Step since October 2023, bringing extensive experience in fraud prevention and risk analysis. Previously, Zachary held various roles at Lyft from December 2017 to April 2023, including Fraud and Risk Analyst and Senior Fraud and Risk Specialist. Prior to Lyft, Zachary worked at Amazon Web Services as a Senior Investigation Specialist, focusing on variable fraud from July 2016 to July 2017. Zachary's career began at Microsoft (Apex Systems, Inc.) as an Xbox Live Data Analyst and progressed to Tier Two Data Analyst from November 2014 to June 2016. Early experiences include roles at Vanderbilt University as a Recycling Technician and Assistant Gardener, and an internship as a Wilderness Ranger with the US Forest Service in the summer of 2009. Zachary earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Eckerd College between 2006 and 2010.
