Raphael Farylla

Raphael Farylla has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Raphael is currently the Co-Founder and COO of StepAfter, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Dialogix Laboratory starting from January 2022.

Raphael also worked as an EHR Specialist at Signal Diagnostics from January 2020 to October 2022, where they provided end-users with issue support and consulted with developers for system development.

Before that, they served as a Laboratory Technician at Flow Health from October 2019 to October 2022. During their time there, they performed sample processing and troubleshooting experiments, maintained the LIS interface, and configured laboratory equipment protocols.

Raphael also worked as an EHR Specialist at Rehab Lab from June 2018 to May 2022, where they assessed and troubleshooted EHR and LIS non-technical issues. Additionally, they served as a Laboratory Technician at Rehab Laboratory from February 2016 to May 2022, where they monitored TATs, prepared specimens for downstream diagnostics, and managed data entry in the LIS.

Furthermore, they worked as a Laboratory Technician at ULTRA MEDICAL LAB INC from March 2019 to December 2021.

Before entering the healthcare industry, Raphael had experience in compliance as a Compliance Officer at PT. Total E&P Indonesia from April 2015 to September 2015, where they assisted with regulatory compliance and managing permits. Raphael also worked as an Office Administrator at Total E&P Indonesie from August 2014 to March 2015.

Raphael Farylla pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Universitas Advent Indonesia. Raphael attended the university from 2008 to 2012.
