Michael Wiester

Michael Wiester is a Research Associate and Senior Research Chemist at Stepan Company, where tenure has spanned from July 2010 to the present, following a progression from Research Chemist. Prior to this role, Michael Wiester served as a Teaching Specialist at the University of Texas at Austin from January 2004 to May 2005, instructing undergraduate laboratory sections and managing course materials. Michael Wiester earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Northwestern University between 2005 and 2010, and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin from 1999 to 2003.
