Phil Andrew

Phil Andrew is the CEO of StepChange Debt Charity, a position they have held since November 2017. Prior to that, they were the Group Chief Executive of Working Links from April 2013 to November 2017. In this role, they oversaw the company's operations in the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East, including government outsourcing contracts and justice contracts. Phil also worked to diagnose and create progression plans for individuals with disabilities, offenders, ex-offenders, and other barriers to progression.

From June 2011 to April 2013, Phil Andrew served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sodexo UK & Ireland. In this role, they were responsible for the financial management of the company. Phil also oversaw Sodexo's operations in the UK and Ireland.

From December 2009 to June 2011, Phil Andrew served as the Chief Executive of Sodexo UK & Ireland's Justice Services. In this role, they oversaw the company's operations in the UK and Ireland. Phil also worked to create progression plans for individuals with disabilities, offenders, ex-offenders, and other barriers to progression.

Phil Andrew has a BSc (Hon.) in Physical Geography with Glaciology from the University of London. Phil also has an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School. Phil is a Chartered Marketer from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Qualified Treasurer in Treasury from the Association of Corporate Treasurers. Phil is also a Chartered Management Accountant (Fellow) from CIMA.
