Neshelle Richards

Neshelle Richards has a diverse work experience. Neshelle most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Stephen Center, Inc starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Mental Health & Substance Abuse Therapist at TRUE VINE COUNSELING SERVICES LLC from May 2022 to July 2023. From June 2021 to May 2022, they held a similar role at Stephen Center, Inc. Before that, they worked as an Early Head Start Family Consultant at The Salvation Army from June 2015 to March 2022. Prior to that, they held positions as a Family Strengthening Coordinator and a Food Program Coordinator at Catholic Charities from 2006 to 2014. Their work experience began in 2001 as a Youth Care Professional at Uta Halee until September 2005.

Neshelle Richards obtained an Associate's degree in Human Services, General from Metropolitan Community College in 2015. Following this, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Bellevue University where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Clinical Counseling at Bellevue University from 2017 to 2021.
