Rachel de Leon

Rachel de Leon has extensive experience in financial aid and support services, currently serving as Bursary and Financial Support Coordinator at the University of Alberta, where a successful track record spans over 20 years in managing financial resources for students. Additionally, Rachel has held various roles at the University, including HIAR Coordinator and Development Specialist, focusing on early intervention for at-risk individuals and stakeholder relations for financial support programs. Rachel also serves as a Stephen Minister for Stephen Ministries since 2014 and coordinates the Mustard Seed Art Program, demonstrating a commitment to supporting individuals facing life challenges through creative expression and community engagement.
