Tara Vossenkemper

Tara Vossenkemper, PhD, LPC, is the founder and managing director of The Counseling Hub, LLC in Columbia, Mo, established in November 2016. In addition to operating their practice, Tara serves as an adjunct instructor for the graduate counseling program at Stephens College since January 2019. Previously, Tara held the role of assistant professor and director of field experience at Central Methodist University from August 2016 to May 2018, and taught at Maryville University and Lewis and Clark Community College. Tara has extensive experience as a licensed professional counselor, having worked with individuals and couples at various organizations, including Change, Inc. and Castlewood Treatment Center. Educated at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis with a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, and an M.A. in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University, Tara also holds a B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
