Harsh Patel

Harsh Patel began their work experience in 2013 as a Data Center Operator at Hewlett-Packard. In 2014, they started working as a Teaching Assistant for various courses at the Department of Computer and Information Science, University of Mississippi. This included roles in Robotics and Computer Networking in Spring 2016, C++ in Fall 2015, and Algorithm and Data Structure Analysis in Spring 2015. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Software Engineer at Lexmark International, Inc. Currently, since 2018, Harsh Patel holds a position as a Software Engineer at Steppingblocks.

Harsh Patel completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science at the University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma (PGDIT) in Information Technology from Lovely Professional University from 2012 to 2013. Harsh'sundergraduate studies were completed at Gujarat University (Navgujarat College) from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree with a focus on Computer Programming and Specific Applications.

In addition to their formal education, Harsh Patel also obtained several certifications. In 2022, they received certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, & Sensitivity V3.2, Microaggressions in the Workplace, Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: CA Employee Edition, and Unconscious Bias from Traliant. Furthermore, in 2018, they completed the Udacity React Nanodegree Program. In terms of technical certifications, Harsh Patel became an Ankit Fadia Certified Ethical Hacker (AFCEH) through Ankit Faida & Reliance World in 2011, and they obtained their Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification from Cisco in September 2011.
