Gale Smith

Gale Smith is a seasoned professional in social work with extensive experience in case management and quality assurance. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at StepStone Family & Youth Services since August 2023, Gale also works as Case Manager Supervisor at BrightSpring Health Services, overseeing the Lebanon office. Previous roles include Case Manager for Stepstone Youth, focusing on children in foster care, and Lead Investigator as well as Family Service Worker for the State of Tennessee from May 2010 to August 2021. Gale holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Western Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Austin Peay State University.
