Don Schoen

Don Schoen has a strong and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Don started their career at R B Properties / Classic Hospitality in 1992 as a Hotel General Manager. Don successfully managed all aspects of a 225-room all-suite property and restaurant, achieving improved occupancy, average daily rate, and property refurbishment. Don held this position until 2001. In 2001, they joined Melrose Hotel Company as a Hotel General Manager before moving on to Prism Hotels in 2003, where they also served as a Hotel General Manager. In 2007, they joined Pillar Hotels as a Regional Director of Operations before eventually becoming the Regional Director of Operations at StepStone Hospitality in 2013. In 2017, they were promoted to Vice President of Operations at StepStone Hospitality.

Don Schoen attended Penn State University, where they studied Business Administration.
