Simone Reif

As Managing Director Simone Reif is responsible for the business of StepStone in Continental Europe. This includes the German-speaking markets in Austria and Germany. Simone has been working for StepStone since 2003 and has been managing director since 2011. After joining the Düsseldorf-based online job platform, she initially managed the internal sales department before taking over the overall sales management in Germany in 2010. Even before joining StepStone, Simone Reif gained sound sales experience and spent 15 years advising renowned companies on their sales activities, including Provinzial, Allianz and Dresdner Bank.
