Rachel Ward

Rachel Ward has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Design Director at Stept Studios since April 2021. In this position, they manage the design team, handles treatments and proposals. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Designer at the same company from April 2019 to April 2021, where they focused on brand strategy, campaign development, and marketing for various well-known brands.

Before joining Stept Studios, Rachel worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer from August 2018 to April 2019. Rachel also gained experience at Team Rubicon as a Membership & Operations staff from August 2017 to May 2018, where they mobilized volunteers for global disaster relief and improved user experience. Rachel also worked as a Guide at SC Outfitters from August 2015 to May 2018.

In terms of education, Rachel worked as a Graphic Designer at the University of Southern California from September 2016 to July 2017. Rachel also had an internship as a Stewardship Trips Intern at Georgia Conservancy in July-August 2016. Additionally, Rachel worked as a Circulation Student Assistant at the University of Southern California from August to December 2015.

Lastly, Rachel has experience as a Climbing Instructor at Stone Summit, LLC. from April 2014 to August 2015.

Rachel Ward attended the University of Southern California from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General, as well as a Bachelor's degree in NGOs and Social Change. In November 2017, they obtained certifications in CPR from NOLS Wilderness Medicine and WFR from Sierra Wildlife Rescue.
