Charlie Wu has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Charlie is currently serving as the Director of Operations / GM at Steri-Tek since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Operations at Ekso Bionics from April 2021 to March 2023. Charlie also held the position of Head of Operations at RenovoRx from January 2019 to March 2021. Charlie has experience in clinical engineering, having worked as a Senior Clinical Engineering Manager at TriMedx from December 2015 to January 2019 and as a Clinical Engineer at Massachusetts General Hospital in 2014. Charlie worked as a Clinical Engineer at University Health Network from August 2012 to December 2013. Charlie served as a Medic in the Canadian Forces from November 2007 to November 2013 and worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Hologic - Sentinelle Medical Division from July 2010 to July 2011.

Charlie Wu has a diverse education history. Charlie holds a CORE Certificate in Business from Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, they were a Visiting Research Scholar at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Charlie obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree with a major in Engineering Science, specializing in Biomedical Engineering, from the University of Toronto. Charlie further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Health Science (M.H.Sc) degree in Clinical Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Charlie obtained a Project Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn in April 2020, and also earned a Six Sigma: Black Belt certification from the same institution in the same month and year. Charlie acquired the "Having Difficult Conversations" certification from LinkedIn in January 2020. Additionally, Charlie secured a Certificate of Advancement in Ultrasound Basics from Conquest Imaging in June 2018, along with a certification in Diagnostic Imaging & PACS for Managers from the Radiological Service Training Institute (RSTI) in April 2018.

Earlier in their career, Charlie completed the Take Flight: Leadership Development Program offered by TriMedx. Charlie also completed a program on Strategy for Medical Device Firms at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, in January 2013.
