Deana Stanton

Deana Stanton is an accomplished professional in global compensation and rewards, currently serving as the VP of Global Total Rewards at Stericycle. Prior to this role, Deana held significant positions at Wolters Kluwer, including Vice President of Global Compensation Strategy and Director of Executive Compensation. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Executive and Broad Based Compensation at both Enova International and Career Education Corporation, as well as a role as Sr Manager of Compensation Consulting at Capital One.
