James Kennedy

James Kennedy is an experienced professional in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Medical Device Recovery at Stericycle since June 2016. In this role, James oversees operational performance and manages customer relationships to enhance the medical device recovery program across the United States. Previously, James held the position of District Operations Manager for the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii at Stericycle, where responsibilities included managing service operations related to medical waste and secure document destruction in several states. Prior experience includes service management roles at Shred-it and Cintas, as well as a position as Change Out Manager at Charles River Laboratories, and shipping and receiving at Amazon.com. James holds a degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
