Robert Segura

Robert Segura currently serves as Chief Development Officer at SteriPack Group, a position held since August 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure as Vice President of Corporate Development at West Pharmaceutical Services, where Segura led long-term growth planning and capital deployment strategies across M&A and corporate ventures. Segura has also been the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at 3M, directing global business development for Acelity and 3M Medical Solutions. Prior roles include Executive Director of Strategy and M&A at CST Brands Inc. / CrossAmerica Partners LP, where over $5.3 billion in strategic transactions were overseen, and senior leadership positions at Acelity, focusing on strategic planning and commercialization of medical devices. Segura began a career at USAA as an Associate and holds an Executive Education degree in Strategic M&A from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and a BA in Finance and Financial Management Services from the same institution.
