Deeksha Lal

Deeksha Lal is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, marketing, and communications. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Sterling and Wilson since May 2022, Deeksha effectively collaborates with project teams to manage workflows and define project goals. Volunteering with Hue since July 2021, Deeksha advocates for increased visibility of voices of color in marketing. Previous roles include Technical Writer at Lender Price, where Deeksha led digital marketing initiatives, and Communications Editor at the University of Southern California, where Deeksha developed weekly newsletters and established a social media presence. Deeksha holds a Master of Communication Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Industries from Bentley University.
