Andrew Blanchard

Andrew Blanchard is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations management and business development. Currently serving as both Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Sterling Capital Brokers Ltd. since June 2022, Andrew has also been a Partner at Jacket River Capital Partners since April 2015. Andrew’s previous roles include Board Member at W.A. Robinson Asset Management Ltd. from September 2015 to March 2020, and Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company from June 2013 to April 2015, specializing in leadership development and operations management across various sectors. Earlier experience at Procter & Gamble from July 2006 to June 2013 involved significant achievements as Operations Manager for prestigious fragrance brands and in leading critical projects in production and process engineering. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University, graduated in 2006.
