Amit Gurnani

Amit Gurnani has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Amit started their career at Compass Connections as a Business Development Executive. Amit then joined Wipro Limited, where they served as Growth Head and Market Maker for the Banking & Financial Services vertical. Additionally, they were the Service Delivery Lead for a prominent financial services client. Later, at Intelenet Global Services, they led the Consulting Delivery & Sales efforts for the Australia & New Zealand region and established the global sales function for the Consulting business. Amit also had successful stints at Accenture, where they led the Sales & Solutions functions for Custom BPO business and set up and led the Impact Sourcing BPO model in India. Amit eventually joined Sterling as Senior VP, overseeing Enterprise Risk Management, Global Quality, and Delivery Excellence. In this role, they also supported the BCP/Virtual First strategy. Amit also served as Senior VP of Global Operations at Sterling, responsible for service delivery across multiple locations. Lastly, they worked at WNS as Sr. AVP, leading the Global Transformation Practice for Banking & Financial Services. Overall, Amit Gurnani has demonstrated leadership and expertise in risk management, quality, service delivery, sales, and business transformation.

Amit Gurnani completed an Executive Management Program in Business & Financial Management at Harvard Business School from 2009 to 2010. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the Smt Mithibai Motiram Kundnani College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai from 1996 to 1999. Amit also holds additional certifications in Design Thinking, Alchemist Award, PMP® Certification Training Course, Wipro Leader Program, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
