Brett Healy

Brett Healy, MBA, has a strong background in procurement and strategic management. Brett most recently served as the Chief Procurement Officer & Head of Pricing at Sterling since October 2020. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Global Indirect Strategic Procurement at Lonza from July 2017 to October 2020, where they led the integration of Capsugel into Lonza and created a centralized corporate indirect procurement function, resulting in significant cost savings and acquisition synergies.

Brett's experience also includes working at Capsugel, where they served as a Program Manager, Business Development from August 2013 to July 2017. During this time, they played a key role in expanding Capsugel's product portfolio through mergers and acquisitions, and they led the transformation of acquired sites into commercial manufacturing businesses.

Before joining Capsugel, Brett worked at Ingersoll Rand, where they held various roles including Manager of Indirect Sourcing, Supply Chain Program Manager, and Global Supply Manager. In these positions, they managed significant spend, implemented productivity programs, addressed supplier issues, and led global sourcing initiatives.
