Jox Banta

Jox Banta has a strong work history in the field of operations and management. They began their career as a Sr. Operations Manager at Teletech Customer Care in 2006, where they worked until 2009. In 2010, they took on the role of Director for Operations at APAC Customer Services until 2012. They then moved on to PacificHub Corporation as the Division Head - Healthcare from 2011 to 2012. Following that, they joined UnitedHealth Group as a Sr. Director in 2013 and remained in that position until 2021. Currently, Jox Banta holds the position of Vice President for Asia Pacific at Sterling since 2021, and they are expected to assume the role of Vice President International Operations in 2023.

Jox Banta attended the Indian School of Business from 2018 to 2019, where they completed the Leadership Excellence Achievement Program. Prior to that, they studied at Siena College from 1996 to 1999, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In 1993, Jox Banta received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from St. Paul University QC.
