Nathaniel Blaz

Nathaniel Blaz has a diverse work experience in various managerial and engineering roles. Nathaniel is currently working as the Director of EVM (Engineering, Validation, Maintenance) at Sterling Pharma Solutions since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Plant Manager at Young Innovations, Inc. from March 2018 to March 2022, overseeing day-to-day activities and strategic goals of a large facility. Earlier in their career, Nathaniel held multiple roles at Materion Corporation, including Plant Manager, Value Stream Manager, and Engineering and Facilities Manager. Nathaniel also worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Engineering Manager and at Pfizer (formerly Wyeth Research) as the Building Coordinator.

Nathaniel Blaz completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1995 and 2000. Nathaniel then pursued further studies, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2013 to 2015.
