Hrishikesh NC has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Hrishikesh started their career as a Trainee at SCMHRD in 2001 and moved on to work as an Executive in various companies like Totus Consulting Group, Future Software, and Dishnet DSL Limited. In 2004, they joined HCL Technologies as a Senior Executive HR and later worked as a Senior Executive - HR at A.P. Moller - Maersk Group. In 2007, Hrishikesh joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Talent Management Team Member, and in 2011 they transitioned to Royal Bank of Scotland as a Manager - HRBP. From 2011 to 2016, they served as a Senior Manager - Talent Engagement & Development at WIPRO BPO. In 2016, Hrishikesh became the Head of HR at Sterling Software Private Limited.

Hrishikesh NC completed a full-time program in Human Resources at Symbiosis Centre for Management & HRD in 2001-2002. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from Madras School of Social Work from 1998 to 2000. Hrishikesh also has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from R K M Vivekananda College, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Hrishikesh completed their 12th grade at Vidya Mandir Sr Sec School, Chennai from 1980 to 1994, with a focus on commerce. In terms of additional certifications, Hrishikesh has obtained various qualifications including a certification from Thomas Assessments Pvt Ltd as a Certified PPA Practitioner in 2022 and a Leadership Development Program certification from Crestcom International. Hrishikesh has also acquired multiple certifications on topics such as emotional intelligence, generative AI, collaborative leadership, and more, from LinkedIn.
