Prior to this role, Dave held various leadership positions at Kemira Chemicals, including VP of Manufacturing for Global Polymers and VP of Manufacturing for Pulp and Paper Americas. With a background in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, Dave has over three decades of experience in the manufacturing industry, overseeing multiple plants in North and South America.
