Janaina Araujo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Janaina began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Liquigás Distribuidora SA, where they developed internal materials and organized training for employees. Janaina then worked as a Project Assistant in the implementation of SAP at the same company.

Janaina then moved on to work at Arora Hotels, first as an Executive Secretary and later as a Housekeeping Office Coordinator. In these roles, they were responsible for coordinating office activities and providing support to executives.

Afterwards, Janaina joined Intel Semicondutores as a Bilingual Executive Assistant. Janaina attended to the business agenda of multiple executives, handled budget control, and established relationships with event agencies. Janaina also developed a project for employee well-being.

Janaina then worked at Warburg Pincus (Private Equity) as an Office Manager & Bilingual Executive Assistant. In this role, they managed employees, coordinated office activities, and assisted with recruiting and selection. Janaina also oversaw the organization of meetings and events.

Most recently, Janaina worked at Teleperformance Brasil as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Janaina provided support to the CEO and managed executive schedules, travel logistics, and other administrative tasks.

Currently, Janaina is working at Sterlite Power as an Office Manager, responsible for facilities, travel, and events.

Janaina Araujo has a diverse education history. From 2004 to 2008, they attended Unibero and received degrees in Literature as a Translator and Interpreter. In 2016, they completed two programs at the Academia de Facilities (Facilities services): Gestão Estratégica de Facilities and Gestão Operacional de Facilities. In 2021, Janaina pursued an MBA in Facility Management at the Escola Politécnica da USP. The following year, they enrolled in an MBA program at MBA USP/Esalq, focusing on Gestão de Pessoas (People Management).
