Saurabh Sinha has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and has held various managerial positions in different companies. Saurabh started their career as a Summer Trainee in Shimbaoli Sugars Limited in 2007. Later, they interned as a Summer Trainee in NTPC Ltd, where they studied various Training and Development practices.
In 2011, they joined Global InnovSource Solutions Pvt. Ltd as a Management Trainee - Recruitment Manager, where they handled the complete recruitment cycle and managed payroll operations. In 2012, they became a Team Lead and was responsible for payroll operations and addressing employee queries.
In 2012, Saurabh joined XecuteHR Solutions Private Limited as an Assistant Manager and was involved in designing, developing, and implementing automation projects. Saurabh also managed product presentations and standardized processes across all business verticals.
In 2014, Saurabh joined Relaxo Footwears Limited as a Manager in the Performance & Compensation and HRIS department. Saurabh was responsible for HR analytics, data crunching, and data reporting. Saurabh also played a key role in the implementation of SuccessFactors modules.
In 2018, Saurabh joined Sterlite Power as the Lead of Compensation & Benefits and HRMS. Saurabh later became the Chief Manager of Performance, Rewards, and Systems. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President, leading the Performance & Rewards vertical and managing various HR projects and programs.
Throughout their career, Saurabh has been involved in various initiatives related to performance management, compensation and benefits, automation, change management, stakeholder management, and project management.
Saurabh Sinha completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.TECH) in Electrical Engineering from C V Raman College of Engineering from 2004 to 2008. Saurabh further pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources at Amity University from 2009 to 2011.
