Arsenio Rodriguez

Arsenio is the Stern & Eisenberg New York Managing Attorney overseeing all facets of the New York day to day operations including Creditors’ Rights, Foreclosures, Real Estate Owned Evictions, CEMAs, and all other areas related to the creditors’ interest.

Arsenio is a bi-lingual seasoned litigator who brings his extensive experience and superior skills in negotiations, mediation, and trial practice to the firm. Arsenio is enthusiastic about client interactions, oral advocacy, and motion practice, as well as case strategy and analysis. He started his law career at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office where he tried multiple cases to verdict, negotiated hundreds of plea deals with the defense bar, and was actively involved with the NYPD on active investigations. Arsenio continued to develop his passion for all aspects of litigation representing both companies and individuals. He has settled over 35 class action matters, worked as lead counsel on hundreds of employment law matters, and heard hundreds of hours of federal wiretaps in defense of a billion-dollar hedge fund facing DOJ investigation, while also expanding and diversifying his legal expertise. Arsenio has also prepared and presented CLE classes involving the use of employment agreements as well as the litigation of wage and hour matters in New York. He is an alumnus of George Washington University Law School and a graduate of Lehigh University with a BS in Finance and Marketing. Arsenio is a passionate leader, husband, and father. He is an avid sports fan and a lifelong New Yorker with, as Arsenio states, “an insane love of the Yankees, Rangers, Knicks, and yes the Cowboys”.

He also loves to cook, eat, exercise, and play video games. Arsenio brings a resolute commitment to law and a dynamic approach to partnerships with his clients and team members. He attributes his bi-lingual abilities to his successes in communicating effectively with many individuals including those that truly felt like they had nowhere else to go. Arsenio is a strong believer in honesty and being forthright.
