Steven Kaufman

Steven Kaufman's work experience includes various leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. From 2018 to the present, they have been serving as the Vice President of Drug Delivery Systems at Stevanato Group, where they lead a global team and spearheads strategic initiatives related to proprietary and licensed devices. In 2022, they also became an Executive Advisor to the Board at a Private Whisky Company. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, they worked as the Global Business Development Lead at Bespak, overseeing self-injection device programs and coordinating alliance management activities. Earlier in their career, from 2005 to 2015, they held multiple roles at SHL Group, including Vice President Marketing and Executive Director of Business Development in the Asia Pacific region, where they were responsible for sales, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management. Overall, Kaufman has a strong background in commercializing medical devices and driving business growth.

Steven Kaufman obtained an Honors Bachelor of Arts (HBA) degree from Western University between 1987 and 1991. In 1995, they also obtained a certification in APMR / CCPE from the Accreditation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Representatives of Canada. Later, from 2003 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with an emphasis on Marketing & International Business from National Chengchi University.
