Beth Forster

Beth Forster is a seasoned supply chain executive with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain at Smith Teamaker since December 2024, Forster previously held various leadership roles at Amazon from January 2019 to November 2024, including Manager of Product & Program Management for Amazon Fresh and Vendor Manager for the produce category. Prior to Amazon, Forster was the Head of Product at Natoora and held multiple positions at Blue Apron, where significant contributions were made to category management and sourcing. Forster began a career in food systems at the Watershed Agricultural Council as Farm to Market Manager. Educational credentials include a Master of City & Regional Planning with a focus on the food industry from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language & Literature from the University of Puget Sound.
