Florence Mutengesa

Florence Mutengesa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and transformation project management. Currently serving as Transformation Project Manager and previously as HR Business Partner at Stevenage Borough Council since May 2014, Florence has developed a strong expertise in HR change initiatives. Prior experience includes HR Change Advisor and various HR roles at London Borough of Lambeth from 2007 to 2014, and a Recruitment Consultant position at Technicon Design from 2003 to 2007. Florence holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University.
