Virginia Conn

Virginia Conn serves as a Teaching Assistant Professor and Lecturer in the Humanities at Stevens Institute of Technology since September 2021. Previously, Virginia held a position at Rutgers University as a Comparative Literature Ph.D. from August 2014 until May 2021. Virginia's editing skills were utilized at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, where Virginia collaborated with international publishers to edit and co-publish scholarly books. As a Resettlement Intern at Kentucky Refugee Ministries, Virginia coordinated citizenship programs for refugees and conducted research on global migration policies. Experience also includes roles in media communications, social development, and academic support at various institutions including the Peace Corps and the University of Kentucky. Virginia holds multiple degrees including a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from Rutgers University and two Bachelor's degrees from the University of Kentucky.
