With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Cheryl has held prominent positions including Director of Surgical Services at Broadlane and Senior Consulting Director at Vizient, where Cheryl Smith led various healthcare improvement projects. Cheryl's expertise encompasses medical-surgical nursing, clinical performance improvement, and operational effectiveness. Cheryl's educational background includes a Doctorate of Nursing Practice and a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, along with an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
