Lucia Desousa

Lucia DeSousa has a strong background in the healthcare industry, with a focus on critical care and operations. Lucia began their career in 2005 at Tufts Medical Center, where they worked as a Critical Care RN in the CCU department for six years. In 2011, they joined Steward St. Elizabeth's Medical Center as a Critical Care Educator, a role they held for seven years. Most recently, they have been serving as the Senior Director of Operations, eICU at Steward Health Care since 2018.

Lucia DeSousa has a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in CNL-BC from Curry College. Additionally, they hold the certifications MSN, RN, CNL-BC from the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), obtained in 2010.
