Madeline Barclay, CPPM

Madeline Barclay, CPPM has five years of work experience. Madeline began their career in 2014 as a Program Coordinator at Outdoor Leadership Center. In 2018, they became a Program Manager at Family Values for Life (FVFL), where they developed and managed the Jump Start to the New You (JSNY) Program at multiple locations. Madeline also maintained program documentation and materials and was responsible for marketing events, record keeping, budget tracking, and bench marking related to JSNY. In 2020, Madeline became an Independent Contractor at FVFL, where they were responsible for the entirety of the new-hire onboarding and training process, scope, and timeline. Madeline also determined current program status, including identified opportunities and resolved gaps. Additionally, Madeline held a Program Manager role at Reading & Math, Inc., where they managed Reading Corps and Math Corps programs in 45 East Metro schools and supervised a large cohort of tutors, school staff, curriculum coaches, and other site contacts. Most recently, Madeline became a Project Management Specialist- Customer Success at VuMedi in 2021.

Madeline Barclay, CPPM has a comprehensive educational background. Madeline is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which they began in 2022. In 2019, they earned a Certificate in Project Management from the University of St. Thomas. Madeline also holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Gender Studies from the College of Saint Benedict, which they completed in 2018.
