Jennifer Pendzick

Jennifer Pendzick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and operations. Currently serving as a NYS Licensed Associate Broker at Brookhampton Realty since August 2007, Pendzick has also been the Vice President of Operations for the Eastern Region at Asset Preservation, Inc. since March 2004, specializing in all phases of 1031 Exchanges. Prior roles include a position at Global Home Loans and as a Paralegal at Lieb & Hayes, Esqs. Pendzick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from St. Joseph's University, along with a Human Resource Management Certificate and an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Suffolk County Community College. Educational foundations also include a Regents Diploma from Mercy High School.
