Rumi Saha

Rumi Saha has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They started their career at Tech Mahindra in 2008, where they worked on modeling IPTv using the OPNET tool. They then moved on to Home Automation in 2009, where they gained experience in training. In 2010, Rumi worked on a project titled "Competency-based Job Description for Plastics Business" at DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd. They conducted interactions with executives and senior management to identify and map competencies required for various job roles.

From 2011 to 2012, Rumi worked as a Research Associate at Transearch, conducting research on clients' backgrounds and understanding position requirements. They also created job descriptions and posted them on different portals. They then joined Executive Search as a Research Associate, focusing on the manufacturing industry. Rumi conducted detailed research on clients' backgrounds and prepared job descriptions.

In 2013, Rumi worked as an HR Executive at Motion Education Private Limited, where they handled joining formalities. They then joined Capgemini as an HR Consultant in 2015, where they identified and sourced top talent using job boards, web searches, and referrals. Additionally, they worked with hiring managers to ensure job requirements were understood and candidates were assessed appropriately.

Rumi joined QualityKiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2017 as a Lead HR Business Partner. In this role, they were responsible for employee engagement, talent management, HR policy implementation, employee relations, onboarding, induction, and training coordination. They also worked on competition mapping, market intelligence reporting, and talent pool building.

In 2019, Rumi became an HR Consultant at QualityKiosk and continued to contribute to HR processes and programs. They joined 3i Infotech Ltd. in 2021 as a Manager HR Business Partner, handling HR-related tasks and responsibilities. Currently, Rumi is serving as the Head of HR at Stewart Title, starting from October 2022.

Throughout their career, Rumi has displayed a strong focus on HR practices and has worked in various capacities to support organizations in areas such as recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.

Rumi Saha completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources from IILM from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, Rumi obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Amity University, Greater Noida Campus, from 2005 to 2009. Rumi also completed 12th grade at Central Academy, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Physical Education, from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, Rumi studied English, Mathematics, Social Science, and Science at Modern School from 2001 to 2002. Currently, Rumi is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organizational Behavior at Career Point University with an unspecified end year.
