Ecommerce Services

Ecommerce Services is the current Ecommerce Category Manager at STG. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director - IT at Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation from August 2003 to February 2020. In this role, they provided leadership for IT Infrastructure, Retail Technology, and eCommerce Technology functions for Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation, a retail and wholesale food services company with over 1500 global locations. They were responsible for all IT Infrastructure including Enterprise Cloud, data centers, storage, compute, virtualization, and networking. They led the IT Infrastructure team with a focus on migrating workloads to cloud environments. As the Senior leader of Digital and eCommerce technology team, they were responsible for Digital and eCommerce system architecture and strategy. Areas of responsibility included mobile app development, web development, analytics, API / middleware development, POS, and CRM. They were also responsible for integration strategy with numerous Digital partners. Lastly, they oversaw all technology in the restaurant environment including POS and payment technology. Their responsibilities also included vendor management, budgets, and contract negotiation.
