Cesar Berrio

Cesar Berrio is an experienced Oracle APEX Developer currently working at STgenetics since September 2023. With a robust background in software engineering, Cesar has developed information systems using the Oracle APEX framework while freelancing from June 2010 to August 2023. Prior to freelancing, Cesar served as Senior System Administrator for The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from January 2004 to November 2021, managing the systems department in Colombia. Additional experience includes programming and development management at Microsistemas LTDA and systems supervision at Acuaviva SA ESP. Education includes a degree in Systems Engineering from Fundación Universitaria San Martín and multiple certifications in Oracle Database Administration and programming from various institutions.
