Hilda Freije

Hilda Freije currently serves as a gemeente-adviseur at Kerkvitaal since September 2023. With extensive experience in management roles, Hilda has been with Stichting Het Spectrum since June 2006, holding positions such as manager bedrijfsbureau and hoofd P&O, where responsibilities included developing and implementing HR, training, and occupational health policies, as well as guiding reorganizations. Prior to this, Hilda held leadership positions at Het Spectrum, De Sterrenlanden, Rumke Groep, Willem Arntsz Huis, and Albert Heyn, gaining expertise in facility management and overseeing various teams. Hilda's educational background includes post-HBO degrees in organization psychology and personnel management, along with a degree in HBO facility management.
