Nathalie Hazenberg

Nathalie Hazenberg serves as a Master Lecturer at Schouten University of Applied Sciences since July 2020, focusing on Ethical Leadership, Leading Change, Organisational Psychology, and Organisational Design. Concurrently, Nathalie holds various leadership roles including Chair and Vice Chair of the Supervisory Board at Stichting Openbaar Basis Onderwijs Westelijke Tuinsteden and has been an HR Innovator at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. since May 2000, where responsibilities have spanned organizational agility, talent management, and change management. Nathalie is also the owner of TEAM & More, providing customized services to enhance team effectiveness. Educational qualifications include a Master in Business Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a post-academic Master in Advanced Labour Studies/Human Resources from the University of Amsterdam.
