Rien Schakel

Rien Schakel currently serves as Penningmeester on the board of Stichting Opwekking since September 2023. As the founder and director of Schakel Stuurt since February 2011, Rien specializes in life and business coaching, focusing on financial management and strategic investment policies. Prior experience includes roles as Cost Leader/Controller at BP, Business Controller at Wärtsilä Netherlands B.V., and Professional Trainee at Rabobank, among others. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from Erasmus School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
