Tymen Venema

Tymen Venema is an experienced HR-Consultant and organizational advisor at Vos Opmaat Consultancy since January 2021, specializing in HR structure, organizational scans, development assessments, leadership development, job valuation, and employee communication. Tymen previously completed a thesis on performance management in agile organizations and served as a consultant intern at Vos Opmaat Consultancy. Additional experience includes volunteer coordination for children’s programs at Stichting Opwekking, delivering pizzas for Domino's, stocking shelves at Albert Heijn and Poiesz Supermarkten B.V., volunteering for sports activities at Agapè, and teaching drama at Gomarus College. Tymen holds Bachelor's degrees in Human Resources Development, Primary Education, and Secondary Education (Physical Education) from Hanze University, as well as a VWO diploma in Economics and Society from Gomarus College.
